"Since we started offering concerts more than 21 years ago, Hartville Kitchen has become a well-known Northeast Ohio destination for gospel and country musicians, many of which have also performed on America's most celebrated stages, including the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville," says Mara Rudolph, event coordinator. "We love bringing together family-friendly music events with homestyle meals and desserts that everyone can enjoy."
Hartville Kitchen Expands Access to Full Menu for Concertgoers
In an effort to maintain the exceptional experience guests have come to expect, Hartville Kitchen no longer serves dinner in the concert venue prior to performances.

Instead, we invite guests to come early and spend the day (or two) exploring all Hartville has to offer, including our marketplace and flea market, hardware and lumber store, curated boutiques and shops, and homestyle restaurant and bakery. You can even spend the night at the cozy Comfort Suites Hartville-North Canton next door.
Vernon Sommers Jr., president of Hartville Kitchen, says, "Like most restaurants, Hartville Kitchen continues to face challenges with, among other things, hiring and retaining servers. By encouraging concertgoers to dine in our restaurant before the show, we are able to expand their access to meal options while still ensuring the very best service. For us, it's all about creating positive memories for everyone who visits Hartville Kitchen."

Meal discounts are available at the time of ticket purchase and include an entree with three sides, a beverage, a piece of pie, and tax. Guests who don't buy a meal in advance can still eat at Hartville Kitchen and get a 10-percent discount off their bill by showing their concert ticket to the cashier.
"It's a win-win for everyone," says Vernon. "Our guests get to enjoy good food, attentive service, and exceptional music all at one place, and we get to take the Hartville Kitchen experience to new heights. I am certain our 2023 concert season will be among our very best."
